Gulshan Residence - A Project Story by EcoWave

This project showcases a complete residential interior design solution focused on modern living, comfort, and functionality. The design integrates contemporary aesthetics with practical layouts, ensuring each space is visually appealing and efficiently used. High-quality materials, thoughtful lighting, and customized furniture elements were used to create a refined and cohesive home environment.

The Challenge

The project needed to work harder than its existing condition allowed. The brief called for a space that felt more open, more functional, and more aligned with the client's daily rhythm, while staying realistic about budget, site constraints, and delivery time.

Our Approach

We started with the site and then shaped the design through planning, material studies, lighting logic, and 3D visualisation. That sequence allowed the client to understand each decision before construction moved forward.

We do not add complexity for show. We look for the few design moves that make the space easier to live in, work in, and remember.
