The Challenge
The project needed to work harder than its existing condition allowed. The brief called for a space that felt more open, more functional, and more aligned with the client's daily rhythm, while staying realistic about budget, site constraints, and delivery time.

Our Approach
We started with the site and then shaped the design through planning, material studies, lighting logic, and 3D visualisation. That sequence allowed the client to understand each decision before construction moved forward.
We do not add complexity for show. We look for the few design moves that make the space easier to live in, work in, and remember.

The Solution
The final design improved the spatial sequence, clarified the material palette, and used lighting to make the project feel composed from day to night.
Before & After
Before
AfterSame ambition, transformed execution: the finished space now reads with clearer flow, stronger atmosphere, and better daily use.
The Result
The completed project gives the client a more useful, polished, and memorable space. It balances design intent with practical delivery, which is the part of a case study that matters most after the photographs are taken.
