The façade features clean concrete finishes combined with expansive glass openings that draw abundant natural light deep into each floor while enabling effective cross-ventilation — a critical consideration for Dhaka's tropical climate. Cantilevered balconies project outward at multiple levels, adding visual dynamism to the exterior and offering residents valuable private outdoor space. A bold open-frame structure at the rooftop gives the building a distinctive crown, ensuring it holds its own as a landmark presence within the Bashundhara skyline.
