Project Overview

The ECDL residential development in Bashundhara R/A represents one of Ecowave's most comprehensive long-term project engagements. Spanning five years from concept to completion, the building was designed to deliver high-quality urban living within one of Dhaka's most established residential zones. The façade features clean concrete finishes combined with expansive glass openings that draw abundant natural light deep into each floor while enabling effective cross-ventilation — a critical consideration for Dhaka's tropical climate. Cantilevered balconies project outward at multiple levels, adding visual dynamism to the exterior and offering residents valuable private outdoor space. A bold open-frame structure at the rooftop gives the building a distinctive crown, ensuring it holds its own as a landmark presence within the Bashundhara skyline.
