The Contemporary Urban Oasis is a landmark residential building developed over five years in Badda, Dhaka. The façade features a confident geometric form with clean concrete finishes and expansive glass openings that flood every level with natural light and ensure cross-ventilation throughout. Cantilevered balconies extend outward at multiple levels, creating dynamic visual depth while giving each unit a private outdoor extension. The open-frame crown at the rooftop establishes a distinctive skyline identity — making this building instantly recognisable within its neighbourhood. Ecowave approached this project with a dual focus: architectural drama on the outside, livable comfort on the inside.
